Gene is a wonderful broker that goes the extra mile for all of his clients.
My first closings with Gene were with a commercial client wanting to buy land around a particular section of Dallas County. Gene went the extra mile and contacted all of those land owners, and offered them fair price value for their land whether the land owner’s had their property listed for sale or not. His client needed that land, and Gene used his excellent negotiating and real estate skills to serve his client.
Not only is Gene an expert in commercial deals, but also in ranch and land deals. Gene had a client that needed to sell his ranch, so not only did Gene find a buyer for the ranch, but he negotiated a deal for the buyer to purchase all furniture and accessories from his seller!
